There were steps:
- I took an image I had already made
- Cropped out the body and background
- Uploaded the head image to this site
- Highlighted and copied the resultant text
- Pasted the text into LibreOffice
- Adjusted the font and page size so it wouldn't wrap
- Exported it as a PDF
- Imported the PDF into Inkscape
- Used Trace Bitmap to turn it into vector
- Colored and added a background
